Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions – Cancellation and Returns

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and us, applicable only to your purchase of any products sold by us within the United States. By purchasing or using any product from home-vibestore.com, you fully agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your obligations and rights. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be submitted to arbitration.

Basic Cancellation and Return Policy

For a valid cancellation or return, you must obtain written approval from ifantasics. You can obtain approval by contacting us at service@mail.home-vibestore.com. Any unapproved cancellation will be rejected, and the order process will continue. Any products returned without our written consent will be refused and returned to you at your own expense.

Regarding minor defects and stains on products:

a. Please inspect the product within seven days of receiving the package. If there are any defects/stains, please contact us for further support. a. If the issue is resolved after 14 days, it will be considered a defect/stain caused by the customer's use.

b. If you discover such an issue within 14 days and contact us, we will offer a coupon or other form of compensation.

c. Minor defects and slight stains may be due to unavoidable factors during production and transportation and do not affect the normal use of the product. If you cannot accept this, please do not continue to use the product and repackage it in its original packaging. In the meantime, please contact us at service@mail.home-vibestore.com, and we will be happy to assist you.


Order Cancellation Before Waybill Creation

For orders placed but for which a waybill has not yet been created, we will provide a full refund.


Order Cancellation Before Shipment (Waybill Generated)

For orders with a waybill generated but not yet shipped, cancellation will incur a 10% (10%) handling fee on the original price.


Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be delayed. Customers must refuse or sign for the package upon delivery and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued after the package is returned and inspected, but a 20% (20%) restocking fee will be charged.


Order Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)

If the order is delivered within 14 calendar days, the customer must contact us and provide photo and video evidence proving the package is unopened. Upon approval, the customer must contact the original courier company to return all packages, with return shipping costs borne by the customer. After inspection, a 20% (20%) ... Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected. A restocking fee of 25% of the original price will be charged upon inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

Special orders

Used items with obvious signs of wear

Discounted items

Non-returnable items are not eligible for return except in special circumstances. Special circumstances require prior approval from us.

Refund Terms and Exceptions

Generally, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days. Refunds may be delayed for various reasons; please contact us and provide relevant proof for further instructions.

If you need to return an item, please do not refuse any FedEx/UPS package. Please sign for the package first and contact us by email to request a return label before returning any item.
